Payment Terms

Each Product is made to order after receiving a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Production Time

Please allow 3-4 weeks (Mantels), 2-3 weeks (Kitchen Hoods) for production. If you need immediate assistance we will work with you in respect to your time frame.

Delivery and Damages in Shipping

All products are manufactured in Gainesville, GA and shipped to anywhere in the United States. Shipping cost will be quoted per job. All claims on shipping damage must be made within 5 days of receipt. Southern Stone crafters LLC will replace any stones broken during shipping. Should this need arise, please save all broken stones and packaging material so we can file a claim with the freight company.

Warranty

Southern Stone crafters LLC products are warranted to be free from defect. Since this is a natural product, it will have color and texture variations that add to the uniqueness of each piece. Any defective product will be replaced.
